Common issues & quick fixes
I'm getting "Unable to analyze this property" error
Make sure you're opening the tool from your personal welcome email link โ not typing the URL directly. Your email must be in the URL for the tool to recognize your account. If you've lost your link, contact support.
The estimated market value section isn't showing
Some properties โ particularly multi-family buildings in less active markets โ don't have enough comparable sales data to generate a value estimate. This is normal. The rent estimate and all three exit strategies will still work.
I've used all my lookups for the month
Lookups reset automatically on the 1st of every month. If you need more lookups immediately, upgrade from Starter to Pro to get 50 lookups per month. Contact support if you need help upgrading.
The address autocomplete isn't working
You can type the full address manually even without autocomplete โ the tool will still analyze it correctly. Make sure you include the full address with city, state, and zip code.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Cancel anytime through your Stripe customer portal. Click "Manage billing" above, log in with your email, and cancel your subscription. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.
The map isn't loading
The map requires a stable internet connection and may take a few seconds to load after your analysis completes. Try scrolling down to the map section and waiting a moment. If it still doesn't appear, refresh the page and run the analysis again.
